The four plans — Free, Starter, Pro, Business — with what each includes and how to pick.

ListMatchGenie has four plans. Free is genuinely free — no credit card, no trial expiration. The paid plans scale from occasional ($29/mo) through serious professional use ($149/mo).

Free

  • First-time evaluation
  • Occasional personal matches (a few times a month)
  • Small one-off dedupe tasks

Limitation: no AI questions, no reports, no exports beyond CSV/XLSX.

Starter ($29/mo)

  • Regular solo use (weekly or monthly matching)
  • Small team's main matching workflow, where one person does the work
  • Small agencies with occasional client deliverables

Adds: reports, AI questions, more jobs, more storage.

Pro ($79/mo)

  • Daily/weekly production matching workflows
  • Agencies or consultants delivering reports as artifacts (PDF)
  • Data teams with recurring dedupe/match work

Adds: PDF exports, larger files, password-protected shares, priority support.

Business ($149/mo)

  • Teams collaborating on matching work
  • Any workflow that needs >1 seat
  • Organizations producing stakeholder decks regularly (PPTX)

Adds: 5 team seats, PPTX exports, much higher volumes, extensive storage.

Enterprise (custom)

  • 6+ seats needed
  • SSO/SCIM required
  • Custom compliance or DPA terms
  • Dedicated account management

Annual vs monthly

Annual billing gives you 2 months free (effectively 17% discount). Paid plans:

  • Starter: $290/year ($24.17/mo equivalent)
  • Pro: $790/year ($65.83/mo equivalent)
  • Business: $1,490/year ($124.17/mo equivalent)

Annual plans can be downgraded at renewal but not refunded mid-year.

What never changes across plans

  • Free is never removed as a fallback — cancel any paid plan and you revert to Free (subject to Free limits).
  • Data residency (US/EU/UK) is available on every plan.
  • GDPR tools (DSAR export, right to deletion) are available on every plan.
  • Security practices are identical across plans.
  • The matching algorithm is identical — Free doesn't get a "lesser" match quality.

Currency

Billed in USD by default. EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and JPY supported — currency is set at first checkout based on billing address. See Currencies and tax.
